GA Compensation
Higher bonus commission levels are available on a monthly basis, based on production; this is detailed in the GA Agreement. Bonus commission levels are paid the month following qualifying production.
The aforementioned commission apply to any non-group business, as well as group business written in groups under 200 employees. For groups with 200+ employees, commissions are paid on one of two alternate compensation plans. A training outline these different models is available on LSEngage.com
General Agents often partner with one of our Associates, especially in working group accounts. In these cases it is standard practice to share commissions on cases they work together.
To see what commissions are being paid by member or by group, General Agents may access a Revenue Report by going to associate-office.legalshield.com Login using your associate username and password.
Here's one of several ways you get paid daily when servicing new and existing clients:
Employee Benefits Example
You present to a company with 60 employees. Of these employees, 30 choose to enroll in the LegalShield and IDShield family plan benefits.
At the Director commission level on the $41.90 dual plan, the advanced commission for a licensed insurance professional in the Directors Division Program is $142.03 per plan. So for 30 plans, you would receive $4,260.90!
If all members remain active throughout Year 2, you would receive second year residuals of $852.18 For Years 3+ the total residuals would be $426.09 per year, as long as all members remain active.
